On 18 July 2026, KLC Group reached a new milestone in its development with the official launch of the 2026 Corporate Culture Programme under the theme, “KLC Group – A Journey from Credibility and Success to Prosperity.”
The programme reflects the Group’s commitment to establishing a shared value system across its ecosystem and progressively embedding culture into its governance framework, standards of conduct and organisational capabilities—creating a strong foundation for sustainable growth in the next stage of development.
Corporate Culture: A Foundation for KLC Group’s Next Stage of Growth
Over nearly a decade of development, KLC Group has progressively built a diversified ecosystem comprising member companies across key sectors, including investment, seafood, energy, real estate, services, media and operations management.

As the Group continues to expand, the need for stronger governance, closer coordination among member companies and greater consistency in operations has become increasingly important. At this stage, KLC Group views the development of a shared corporate culture not as an option, but as a strategic requirement for long-term growth.

The programme marks more than the beginning of KLC Group’s corporate culture journey. It also demonstrates the Group’s determination to align mindsets, standardise practices and strengthen governance capabilities across the entire organisation.

When Strategy and Culture Work Together to Drive Growth
If strategy defines an organisation’s destination, culture provides the foundation that enables everyone to move in the same direction.
Even a sound strategy is unlikely to deliver its intended results if different business units operate according to different approaches and individuals follow inconsistent standards. Alongside its development strategy, KLC Group has therefore chosen to establish corporate culture as a shared framework for thinking, behaviour and ways of working.

At KLC Group, corporate culture extends beyond slogans or communicated values. It must be translated into standards that employees can apply in their everyday work. Every decision, action and interaction by a member of KLC contributes to shaping the organisation’s identity.
This shared foundation builds alignment, strengthens collaboration among member companies, improves governance effectiveness and supports the development of a sustainable organisation.

Corporate Culture Must Be Lived Through Every Action
One of the central objectives of the KLC Group Corporate Culture Programme is to establish a shared cultural framework that enables every member of KLC to understand, practise and promote the Group’s values consistently in the workplace.
At the event, KLC Group’s leadership emphasised that while strategy sets the direction for development, culture defines the values and behavioural standards that the entire workforce shares, practises and upholds.

Speaking at the event, a representative of KLC Group’s Board of Directors said:
“The 2026 Corporate Culture Kick-off comes at a particularly important time as KLC Group prepares to pursue greater development ambitions. For an organisation to move forward with unity and purpose, it needs a shared framework that guides how people think, act and grow.
Building and promoting corporate culture is therefore a strategic step towards ensuring that culture is lived and reflected in the work, conduct and standards of action of every member of KLC.”
According to KLC Group, only when culture becomes part of every individual’s daily work can the organisation build strength from within and establish a sustainable competitive advantage.
Three Levels of Values: The Development Journey of Every KLC Member
At KLC Group, Credibility – Success – Prosperity represents more than three core values. Together, they define the development journey of every KLC member through a framework of three cultural levels, 12 core competencies and consistent standards of conduct across the ecosystem.
Credibility: The Foundation of Every Success
Credibility is the starting point in the development journey of every KLC member, guided by the principle: “Do It Right – Deliver in Full – Earn Trust.”
This value is built on four core competencies: Integrity, Accountability, Loyalty and Collaboration. Together, they provide the foundation for building trust with colleagues, customers, partners and the organisation.

Success: Delivering Results Through Capability and Effective Execution
Once credibility has been established, every KLC member continues towards Success by developing four competencies: Clarity of Thought, Decisiveness, Adaptability and Effectiveness.
Success is measured not only by individual performance, but also by the ability to collaborate, innovate and create value for the wider organisation.

Prosperity: Building Systems and Sustainable Value
Prosperity is the destination of this journey. At this level, individuals not only perform their roles effectively but also contribute to building organisational systems and creating lasting assets and value.
This cultural level focuses on leadership capabilities through four core competencies: Professional Expertise, Initiative, Professionalism and Systems Thinking. Together, they provide a foundation for KLC Group’s long-term growth and enable the Group to create positive value for customers, partners and communities.
These three values do not exist independently. They form a continuous development journey: Credibility provides the foundation, Success creates momentum and Prosperity is the shared destination of the KLC Group ecosystem.

The Beginning of a New Journey
The 2026 Corporate Culture Kick-off is not the conclusion of a single event, but the beginning of a long-term development programme.

Following the launch, the Group’s cultural values will continue to be translated into standards of conduct, governance practices, training programmes and internal communications initiatives, embedding culture into the daily work of every KLC member.
When the entire workforce shares the same values and aligns its thinking and actions, culture becomes an internal source of strength. It enables KLC Group to enhance its governance capabilities, strengthen cohesion across the ecosystem and continue advancing its sustainable development objectives.
The 2026 Corporate Culture Kick-off therefore marks more than the beginning of a cultural journey. It opens a new stage of development in which every KLC member shares the same values, commitment to action and ambition to take KLC Group further—building a sustainably growing, diversified ecosystem that contributes positive value to society.
