The KLC Group Trade Union was officially established on June 5, 2023, marking a significant milestone in safeguarding employee rights and enhancing the livelihoods of staff across the Group. As of September 2025, the Trade Union has grown to 114 members, comprising personnel from KLC Group headquarters and members from various PnL business units.
Throughout the Group’s development journey, the KLC Trade Union has consistently played a vital role in cultivating a humane, close-knit, and positive workplace. Beyond representing employees’ legitimate rights, the Trade Union serves as a bridge of joy, sharing, and solidarity among all members of the KLC family.
