Its operating network comprises:
- Two member companies: Phat Loi Production, Trading and Services Co., Ltd. and Gia Thinh Phat Seafood Investment Co., Ltd., which are involved in sourcing, live holding, quality control, processing and seafood exports.
- Two strategic partner cooperatives: the Cam Ranh – Cam Binh Aquaculture Services Cooperative and the KLC Cam Ranh Lobster Farming Cooperative, which connect local marine farming communities, expand raw material areas and strengthen source control.
- 884 hectares of linked farming areas across Cam Ranh, Van Ninh and Song Cau, three key marine farming locations in Central Vietnam.
This collaborative model enables KLC Seafood to secure raw materials, control input quality, strengthen traceability and allocate supply flexibly according to market demand.
It also provides the foundation required to meet international partners’ expectations for reliable supply, consistent quality, traceability and long-term fulfilment capacity.

An Integrated Supply Chain Built for Reliable Fulfilment
KLC Seafood operates an end-to-end supply chain:

This integrated control enables the company to secure supply and preserve product quality before export.
The operating system includes:
- Recirculating live-holding tanks that monitor water conditions and key technical parameters to preserve product quality before export.
- The capacity to receive and hold large volumes of live lobster for sourcing, consolidation and order-based export.
- Quality control procedures spanning farming areas, sourcing, live holding, transportation and delivery, helping maintain freshness, survival rates and consistent quality.
- Two processing facilities within the KLC Seafood ecosystem, supporting product handling, processing and standardisation.
- International logistics capabilities for transporting live seafood by air and road through a network of logistics partners.
The KLC Seafood ecosystem has an annual supply capacity of approximately 12,000 tonnes of seafood, supporting large-scale export orders and long-term partnerships.
Export Capabilities Backed by Results
KLC Seafood’s capabilities are demonstrated not only by the scale of its farming network and integrated operations, but also by verified export performance.
According to the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP), based on Vietnam Customs data for the first five months of 2026:
- KLC Seafood ranked first among seafood exporters in Ho Chi Minh City, recording exports of USD 85.858 million, equivalent to 11.4% of the city’s total seafood export value.
- Phat Loi Production, Trading and Services Co., Ltd. ranked first among seafood exporters in Khanh Hoa Province, recording exports of USD 82.954 million, equivalent to approximately 18% of the province’s total seafood export value.
These results reflect the ecosystem’s ability to organise supply, operate an integrated supply chain and fulfil export orders at scale.

2026 Vietnam Golden Quality Seafood Awards
KLC Seafood was recognised at the 2026 Vietnam Golden Quality Seafood Awards, organised by the Vietnam Fisheries Society (VINAFIS) as part of the fisheries industry’s professional activities, with the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, regulatory authorities, industry associations and specialist organisations.
