KLC Group Continues Its Commitment to the Community, Spreading the Spirit of Compassion

On the morning of June 4, KLC Group’s head office in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, hosted a blood donation drive under the theme “Give a Drop of Blood – Give Someone a Chance to Live.” The event took place in a warm and heartfelt atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of compassion and sharing that has become part of KLC’s corporate culture.

Giving the Gift of Life Through Meaningful Actions

Organized by the KLC Group Trade Union in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Humanitarian Blood Donation Center, the program received enthusiastic support from the Group’s leadership, employees and member companies. Nearly 100 units of blood were collected after a week-long campaign, highlighting the strong sense of social responsibility shared by KLC members.

 

This was not KLC Group’s first blood donation initiative. In 2024, the Group’s Trade Union also worked with relevant organizations to organize a voluntary blood donation drive, contributing dozens of units of blood to the National Blood Bank. The initiative has continued year after year, reflecting the enduring spirit of giving back to the community that is deeply embedded in KLC’s activities.

 

 

This year’s program also saw the continued participation of familiar faces who regularly support the Group’s community initiatives. Among them was Ms. Dang Thi Huong Giang, Deputy General Director of KLC Group, who has consistently been among the first to register for the annual blood donation drive. Each year, she volunteers with the hope of making a small contribution to saving lives.

Mr. Dao Nguyen Anh, Chief of the Office of the Board of Directors, is also an active participant who regularly encourages colleagues to join the blood donation drive. For him, the event is an opportunity to demonstrate solidarity and compassion while coming together to make a positive contribution to the community.

From leadership to employees, from first-time donors to longtime participants, everyone contributed to a warm and responsible display of solidarity at KLC Group — a community where compassion is inspired through simple yet meaningful actions.

Voluntary blood donation has long been an important part of KLC Group’s corporate culture. According to Mr. Le Thanh Phong, Chairman of the KLC Group Trade Union, the initiative is organized annually and consistently receives strong support from the Group’s leadership and employees.
