On March 20, 2025, at the HUTECH High-Quality Human Resource Training Center, KLC Group and HUTECH University officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement focused on communications and human resource development.
Held within the framework of the HUTECH Alumni Job Fair 2025, the event marks a pivotal milestone in enhancing talent quality and unlocking growth opportunities in communications, while reinforcing both parties’ commitment to establishing an enduring, sustainable partnership.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Dang Thi Huong Giang – Deputy General Director of KLC Group, Dr. Kieu Xuan Hung – Chairman of the HUTECH University Board, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong – Vice President of HUTECH, alongside executive representatives from 145 enterprises and 6,000 HUTECH students.
Through this partnership agreement, KLC Group and HUTECH agreed to roll out applied training programs, enabling students to gain direct exposure to the corporate working environment while still in university. The integration of academic theory with practical application equips students to accumulate hands-on experience, hone professional skills, and build a solid foundation ready for seamless integration into the job market.

Beyond the communications sector with its member company KLC Media, students also have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in various other fields—such as real estate, finance, hospitality, and import-export—thereby broadening their professional mindsets and accumulating practical experience.
Alongside education and training, communications serves as a key focus area in the partnership between KLC Group and HUTECH. Both sides coordinate to roll out multi-platform media campaigns, actively boosting brand awareness across student, faculty, and corporate communities.
HUTECH will integrate media and communications content into its curriculum, keeping students abreast of the latest industry trends. Concurrently, forums and thematic seminars will be organized to build a bridge between enterprises and students, providing practical career opportunities and helping them navigate their future paths with greater clarity.
KLC Group consistently allocates budget resources to fund scholarships for students with outstanding academic achievements, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources. Recently, the Group also awarded scholarships to underprivileged student-athletes at Nong Lam University within the framework of the 2025 Student Sports Festival, demonstrating its social responsibility and commitment to empowering Vietnam’s younger generation.
