HISTORY

2010

Domestic Seafood Trading
  • Phat Loi was officially established on January 26, 2010.
  • Initial phase focused on domestic seafood trading.
  • Core products included live lobster, grouper, and live spotted babylon snails.
2014

Entry into Aquaculture

  • Phat Loi was granted a license to lease marine water surface areas for aquaculture activities.

2018

Entering International Markets
  • Began cross-border exports, gradually expanding into the Chinese market.
  • Live lobster and live spotted babylon snails became key export products.
  • Aquaculture operations continued to be maintained and developed domestically.
2020

Rapid Growth Phase

  • Export activities entered a period of strong growth, with significant increases in output and order volume.
  • The company progressively standardized farming, sourcing, and export processes, laying the foundation for product portfolio expansion.

2021

Expanding Ecosystem Capabilities
  • Gia Thinh Phat was established on July 20, 2021.
  • Gia Thinh Phat strengthened processing capacity, quality control, and export standardization, particularly for live seafood.
  • Market expansion extended to Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan.
2024

Reinforcing Market Leadership

From 2024 onward, Phat Loi officially implemented direct (official) export channels, becoming a leading Vietnamese exporter of live seafood to the Chinese market.

2025

Joining the KLC Seafood Ecosystem
  • KLC Group officially integrated Phat Loi and Gia Thinh Phat into the KLC Seafood ecosystem as member companies.

Phat Loi is a key link enabling KLC Seafood to maintain consistent quality standards and full transparency throughout the supply chain.

GIA THINH PHAT SEAFOOD INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED

Gia Thinh Phat specializes in seafood investment and processing, operating modern processing facilities under HACCP-compliant systems and standardized operating procedures. Gia Thinh Phat plays a critical role in product standardization, food safety control, and meeting the stringent requirements of export markets – contributing to the global expansion of Vietnam’s premium seafood products.
